Do I know you? You're right that I care. I could easily fill my article with anecdotes, but that's not the point, is it? My point is to give REAL figures of what's REALLY happening, not a cherry picked selection of stories. That's exactly the problem with our world right now.
"Concern trolling" is just another way of saying someone is bring a nuanced point to a debate that the social justice world sees as black-and-white. It's a garbage term.
You're throwing around labels and concepts that, I'm sorry, I find disgengenous and indicate you don't understand my message. My argument isn't the standard conservative "But what about black-on-black crime?" but rather a clear argument for why there are disparities in shootings. Shootings match behavior.

My argument is a clear statement that is a distinct minority one at this point: There's really not a lot of room to "fix" police without leading to worse outcomes in recruiting, retention, loss of life (more cops will be killed post-reform), and public safety. Which we're already seeing, if you haven't been paying attention as murders are skyrocketing in Milwaukee, NYC, Chicago, St. Louis, Milwaukee and around the country.

So what do I think of that Twitter post and article? I think my evidence showing that police shootings have gone down in Chicago, and I can show the same in NYC, are more compelling. I showed him on his thread.
