Thanks. Feel free to share your story here on this thread when you finish. The QUALITATIVE is important. But I don’t know how you get there without the QUANTITATIVE. But I usually try to mention: We have a long history of racism and oppression that leads to where we’re at. But I also wonder: How long can that be the excuse for outcomes? It’s been 50 years since the end of Jim Crow, 80 years since lynching was a norm, and 150 years since the end of the Civil War. Will we be making the same arguments in 2050?
