Thanks for writing the recipe for keeping Republicans in office for the foreseeable future. I commend thee for your Aussie purity of progressive thought. The #NeverHillary train helped Trump by hobbling any Clinton momentum, and so does this line of thinking. It all “feels good” but doesn’t really win elections or create real progress. I USED to come close to this line of thinking for about half my life, but then I woke up to reality. (And yes, I supported Bernie Sanders, but he clearly lost by a sizeable majority; then I had to waste a gazillion hours arguing w/ Bernie folks, socialists, and conspiracy theorists throughout 2016.)
